测定肥料中P_2O_5含量的方法,国外每两年有所评论。但对于腐植酸磷肥中P_2O_5的测定方法,国外报导不多。随着腐植酸肥料的迅速发展,国内对腐磷肥料的分析研究做了大量工作。一般对于全磷和枸溶磷的测定仍多采用国内外公认较好的喹钼柠酮重量或容量法,而对于水溶磷的测定则多用钼兰比色法。前法虽然准确可靠,但操作麻烦费时,且只适用于P_2O_5含量较高的样品分析;后法如以低锡作还原剂,虽然操作简便,但稳定性较差,且只适合低含量P_2O_5的测定。为此,我们试图选择一种既准确而又比较快速的方法,并能同时测定腐磷样品中高低含量相差很大的各种P_2O_5。根据有关资料,我们采用了磷钒钼黄水相比色与萃取比色相结合的方法,进
Determination of P_2O_5 fertilizer in the method, every two years abroad have been commented. However, there are not many reports on the determination of P_2O_5 in humic acid phosphate fertilizer. With the rapid development of humic acid fertilizers, a great deal of work has been done on the analysis and research of humic acid fertilizers in China. Generally for the determination of total phosphorus and citronellol phosphorus are still used at home and abroad are better recognized weight or volume method of molybdenum citrate, and for the determination of water-soluble phosphorous molybdenum blue colorimetric method. Although the former method is accurate and reliable, the operation is troublesome and time-consuming, and it is only suitable for the analysis of samples with high P2O5 content. The latter method, such as using low-tin as the reducing agent, has poor stability and is only suitable for low P2O5 Determination. To this end, we try to choose an accurate and fast method, and can simultaneously determine a variety of P_2O_5 in high and low content of Phosphorus samples. According to the relevant information, we have adopted a method of combining colorimetric and extraction colorimetric methods
