基于地理信息系统(GIS)技术的网络资源管理系统,能够准确地生成和描述网络的管线、光缆、机房、电缆等信息,可以全面、科学、高效的管理网络资源;是强化广电网络资源管理与考核维护水平的有力工具。我公司于2011年2月开始正式推进南通的网络资源管理系统项目,对基于GIS技术实现南通地区市干线的网络资源管理进行了探索和研究。
