为了深入贯彻毛主席批发的《中共中央关于加强安全生产的通知》,认真执行周总理关于解决我国矽尘危害的指示,积极地进行了科研工作。一九七六年五月至十月,在沈阳铁路局丹东分局祁家堡采石场,在场党总支领导下,由采石场、本溪铁路卫生防疫站,铁道部劳动卫生研究所的工人、干部,卫生人员、科研人员组成防尘小组,在总场的下现场机台建成了一套管道通风、布袋除尘的工程。各作业地带的粉尘浓度由超过国家卫生标准一百倍到二百五十倍降到接近国家卫生标准,使劳动条件得到了基本改善。

From May to October of 1976, under the leadership of the CPC Party Branch of the Dangdong Branch of Shenyang Railway Bureau, the quarry, the health and quarantine station of Benxi Railway, the labors of the Institute of Labor Health of the Ministry of Railways , Cadres, health workers, researchers composed of dust-proof team, the scene in the total field of the machine built a set of pipeline ventilation, bag dust removal project. The concentration of dust in each operation zone has dropped from one hundred times to two hundred and fifty times that of the national health standard to nearly the national health standards, which has basically improved the working conditions.
