扬州汽车运输分公司江都支公司在九九重阳节准备组织一次敬老活动,费用支出在每个退休人员30元以内,现应用价值工程的工作程序进行设想、选择、论证。 1.选择对象 这次活动的对象是原先曾在一起工作、生活,而如今已离开单位,离开集体的离退休人员。 2.收集情报 整个单位这些人员有多少?生活在什么地方?各自的生活状况如何?是幸福、美满;还是鳏寡、有病、孤独、行为不便。通过这些信息得到开展这次敬老活动的依据,标准,对比对象等有益的启示,从而开阔思路。
