随着地勘单位发展进程的加快,外部环境日趋严峻,市场竞争日益激烈,职工期望日渐增高,产业结构调整、体制机制完善、改革发展与稳定均面临着新的任务和挑战。本文主要针对当前地勘单位推动产业转型升级、促进科学发展、保持队伍和谐稳定的现实需要,分析地勘单位服务型党组织建设的重要意义,结合地勘单位工作实际,阐述论证如何助推地勘单位服务型党组织建设的五项工作举措。
