利用罗丹明酰肼与苯并呋喃-2-甲醛反应合成一种新型化合物1,通过多种光谱对其结构进行了表征。在Hepes(10mmol/L,pH=7.0,Vmethanol∶VHepes=1∶5)缓冲溶液中,化合物1对Cr3+离子表现出较好的选择性识别:Cr3+的加入使化合物1在586nm处荧光强度显著增强,同时溶液由无色变为粉色。研究表明化合物1与Cr3+的结合摩尔比是1∶1,结合常数为K=5.01×105 L/mol,检出限为52.9nmol/L。Ac-的存在对化合物1识别Cr3+的过程造成了影响。
A new compound 1 was synthesized by the reaction of rhodamine hydrazide with benzofuran-2-carbaldehyde. Its structure was characterized by various spectra. Compound 1 showed a better selectivity for Cr3 + ions in Hepes (10 mmol / L, pH = 7.0, Vmethanol: Hepes = 1: 5) buffer solution. The addition of Cr3 + significantly enhanced the fluorescence intensity of compound 1 at 586 nm , While the solution from colorless to pink. The results showed that the molar ratio of compound 1 to Cr3 + was 1: 1, the binding constant was K = 5.01 × 105 L / mol and the detection limit was 52.9nmol / L. The presence of Ac- affected the process of compound 1 recognizing Cr3 +.
