贪污贿赂、渎职等严重职务犯罪案件不断的发生,严重破坏着党和政府的形象,侵蚀着党和国家的肌体,人民群众深恶痛绝。职务犯罪的产生根源包括利益驱动、历史根源、社会主义制度不完善、体制原因等方面,由此应“慎重授权,建立选人用人机制;合理简权,建立科学管理机制;严格管权,建立监督制约机制;自觉用权,建立高度自律机制等一套全社会职务犯罪源头预防的有效机制,同时也提出了检察机关开展职务犯罪源头预防的对策。
