With the rapid development of China’s real estate industry, the building decoration industry has shown its tremendous potential for development. Each year, a number of enterprises in the decoration industry have collapsed and at the same time a large number of enterprises have risen. However, at the same time, there is a growing demand for high-quality and specialized construction and decoration talents. How to train qualified professionals in the building decoration industry to adapt to the society has become an important task for mechanic education. This paper first analyzes the current status and existing problems of the teaching of architectural decoration in mechanic education, and finally puts forward some concrete measures to improve the teaching of architectural decoration in mechanic education. With the continuous improvement of China’s economic level, people’s living standards are also getting higher and higher, from
