目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者一级亲属的脂联素水平与其所患的胰岛素抵抗及冠心病的相关性。方法 :选取2013年1月至2014年12月期间我院收治的60例2型糖尿病患者一级亲属和30例来我院进行健康体检的健康人作为研究对象。将60例糖尿病患者一级亲属中患有冠心病的36例患者作为A组,将其中没有患冠心病的24例研究对象作为B组,将30例健康体检者作为对照组。检测这些研究对象的空腹血糖、血压、甘油三酯、胰岛素、C肽、脂联素及瘦素的水平,分析这些检测结果的相关性。结果 :经检测发现,A组研究对象和B组研究对象的血清脂联素水平明显低于对照组研究对象,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组研究对象的血清脂联素水平明显低于B组研究对象,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组研究对象和B组研究对象的血清脂联素与血压、甘油三酯、胰岛素抵抗指数及瘦素呈负相关。TG和脂联素是影响HOMA-IR的主要因素。结论 :在2型糖尿病患者一级亲属的胰岛素抵抗及冠心病的发生和发展中,脂联素起着重要的作用。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between adiponectin levels and insulin resistance and coronary heart disease in first-degree relatives of type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: From January 2013 to December 2014, 60 first-degree relatives of type 2 diabetes mellitus and 30 healthy people who came to our hospital for physical examination were selected as research subjects. Twenty-six patients with coronary heart disease in 60 first-degree relatives of diabetic patients were enrolled in group A, 24 patients without coronary heart disease were selected as group B, and 30 healthy controls were used as control group. Fasting blood glucose, blood pressure, triglycerides, insulin, C-peptide, adiponectin, and leptin levels were measured in these subjects and the correlation of these test results was analyzed. Results: The level of serum adiponectin in study group A and study group B was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). The level of serum adiponectin in study group A The levels of serum adiponectin and blood pressure, triglyceride, insulin resistance index and leptin in the study group A and B were significantly lower than those in the B group (P <0.05) Negative correlation. TG and adiponectin are the main factors affecting HOMA-IR. Conclusion: Adiponectin plays an important role in the development of insulin resistance and coronary heart disease in first-degree relatives of type 2 diabetic patients.
