解甲归田,揭开人生的新篇章;搏击金源,开创事业的新辉煌。肖进民——事业带头人肖进民,1979年入伍,转业前任西安某部参谋长助理、正团上校。在部队期间曾获空军学术成果一等奖,获得军区空军科技练兵比赛第一名,荣立三等功一次。2004年转业选择自主择业后,先后担任过陕西猴王科技开发工贸有限公司董事长助理、副总经理,西安海川食品有限公司副总经理等职。2008年6月,凭借优秀的业绩,肖进民被陕西金源集团任命为汉中中青置业有限公司总经理,负责当时的“汉中世纪城”项目。在肖进民带领团队的苦心经营下,汉中世纪城呈现出的商业品质得到了汉中市场的极大需求。
