红外线指状加热器是我公司科研室1979年研制的,主要用于各种钢材的焊前预热和焊后退火。一般的加热方式有传导加热,对流加热和辐射加热三种。传导和对流必须通过中间介质,而辐射加热则不需要介质,且没有明火、无烟。红外线辐射可以使电能更有效的转化为辐射能,而被加热的工件、材料吸收,达到加热的目的。红外线指状加热器就是把镍铬电热丝穿入陶瓷管中做成的。这种陶瓷管是由锆英砂为主加入其它红外辐射材料压制烧结成的。做为发热体的镍铬丝电源发热时加热了陶瓷管,陶瓷管被加热后就辐射红外线。该瓷管要求有好的红外辐射性、导热性和电绝缘性。由于在工作中瓷管还起支撑作用,把带电的发热
Infrared finger heater is my company’s research room developed in 1979, mainly for a variety of steel pre-heating and post-weld annealing. General heating methods are conduction heating, convection heating and radiation heating three. Conduction and convection must pass through the intermediate medium, while radiation heating does not require medium, and no open flame, no smoke. Infrared radiation can make electrical energy more effectively converted into radiant energy, while the heated workpiece, material absorption, to achieve the purpose of heating. Infrared finger heater is the nickel-chromium heating wire into the ceramic tube made of. This ceramic tube is mainly composed of zircon sand by adding other infrared radiation material pressed sintered. As a heating element of nickel chrome wire heating heating ceramic tube, ceramic tube is heated after the radiation of infrared. The ceramic tube requires good infrared radiation, thermal conductivity and electrical insulation. As in the work of ceramic tube also play a supporting role in the heating of the charged
