目的探讨医院医疗投诉中药事纠纷发生原因及其对策。方法回顾总结南方医科大学附属三医院2007-10-2011-08期间药事纠纷发生起数及其原因,并提出解决对策。结果南方医科大学附属三医院2007-10-2011-08期间共发生医疗纠纷128起,其中药事纠纷38起,占29.7%。38起药事纠纷中以药物不良反应投诉最为多见,占34.2%(13/38);其次分别为用药不合理(23.7%)、药房药师工作差错(18.4%)及药品质量(10.5%)。结论临床药事纠纷较为常见,且以药物不良反应、不合理用药等投诉最为突出,医院应加强药品管理、提高用药水平以减少药事纠纷。
Objective To discuss the causes and countermeasures of disputes of traditional Chinese medicine in medical complaints of hospitals. Methods To review and summarize the number of cases of drug disputes and their causes during the period of 2007-10-2011-08 at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University and to put forward solutions. Results A total of 128 medical disputes occurred during the period of 2007-10-2011-08 in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University, among which 38 were pharmaceutical disputes, accounting for 29.7%. Of the 38 drug disputes, the most common complaints were drug abuse reactions, accounting for 34.2% (13/38); followed by unreasonable use of drugs (23.7%), pharmacy errors (18.4%) and drug quality (10.5% . Conclusions Clinical drug disputes are more common, and complaints of adverse drug reactions and irrational drug use are the most prominent. Hospitals should strengthen drug administration and improve their medication levels to reduce drug disputes.
