中小学法治教育,是着眼于为社会主义现代化建设培养合格人才而提出来的。但是,近年来中小学在片面追求升学率的现状下,法治教育并未得到应有重视。本文在此从国家中小学法治教育存在的一些问题入手,提出了加强中小学法治教育的几点思考。
The education for the rule of law in primary and secondary schools is put forward in the light of cultivating qualified personnel for the socialist modernization drive. However, under the one-sided pursuit of enrollment rates, primary and secondary schools in recent years have not received due attention. This article starts with some problems existing in the education of rule by law in primary and secondary schools in our country, and puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the rule of law education in primary and middle schools.
