随着我国经济的迅速发展,企业作为经济发展的基本单位在发展中起着关键的作用。企业要在激烈的市场竞争中生存和发展,就必须要依靠全体员工的共同努力。而企业政工工作就是保证企业全体员工在思想上和工作上都保持积极向上的态度,团结一心,共同发展精神的重要管理方式。本文论述了企业政工工作在企业中的岗位责任和价值,分析了当前企业政工工作面临的问题,并针对存在的问题提出相应的解决措施。
With the rapid economic development in our country, enterprises play a key role in the development as the basic unit of economic development. Enterprises in the fierce competition in the market to survive and develop, we must rely on the joint efforts of all staff. The work of enterprise political workers is to ensure that all employees in the enterprise in both ideological and work to maintain a positive attitude, unity, common development, an important way of management.
