在大跃进的形势下,机床产量一翻再翻,齿轮工段的现有滚齿和设备不能满足生产需要。为了解决这一问题,我们自己设计了一部简易滚齿机,专门用来加工正齿轮,精度可达3级。 1.滚齿机外貌和规格:滚齿机外貌如图1所示。主要的规格有如下几项:1)工件最大模数3公厘;2)工件最大直径φ300公厘;3)最大工作长度180公厘;4)滚刀轴转速为47,58,72,87,100,122,150转/分;5)滚刀垂直进刀量为0.5,0.75,1,1.25,1.5,1.75,2,2.25
