智能建筑早在20年前就已经诞生了,世界上公认的第一幢智能大楼是1984年出现在美国哈特福德市的城市广场。智能建筑这个概念进入中国的技术领域也并不晚,大体在80年代中以后,中国科学院计算技术研究所就曾进行了“智能化办公大楼可行性研究”,对智能办公楼的发展进行了探讨。然而,作为智能建筑伴生物的智能楼宇管理却却迟迟未被人们注意。从事该行业近10年的刘长利介绍说,智能楼宇的概念是在1999年底被房地产商炒热的,从而促使了智能楼宇管理也经历了重大的转变,逐渐走上了前台。原来,该行业目前很大的一块还是属于安防(安全技术防范),而该行业也正是从安防发展起来的。
As early as 20 years ago, the smart building was born. The first recognized smart building in the world was the city square that appeared in 1984 in Hartford, USA. It is not too late to enter into China’s technology field with the concept of smart building. Generally, after the mid-1980s, the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, conducted a study on the feasibility of an intelligent office building, and discussed the development of smart office buildings . However, as a smart building with intelligent building management has yet to be ignored. Liu Changli, who has been working in the industry for almost 10 years, said that the concept of intelligent buildings was heated up by real estate developers in late 1999, prompting a significant change in intelligent building management and gradually moving to the forefront. It turned out that the industry is still a big piece of security (security technology to prevent), but the industry is also developed from the security.
