近日试业的广东省人民医院28层高东川新门诊住院大楼,大规模采用先进的现代电子信息新技术,对医院门诊进行全新管理,病人在诊疗过程中基本做到了“无纸化”,解决了以前病人看病须排长龙的问题,病人的诊疗活动采用就诊卡实行“一卡通”就诊,病人不用带病历,不用担心有人插队,就诊者可以在医院电脑上自由查询,可以在家预约挂号,极大地方便了就诊病人。 所谓“一卡通”就诊,即病人在该院门诊挂号处免费领取就诊卡,由工作人员录入病人基本资料后,病人在看病的每一环节的第一步都是电脑刷卡。以此为起点,医院门诊部全面启动了电脑管理系统,实行电脑自动分诊,由11个大科室分诊完成挂号功能,诊室、分诊台、候诊区通过电
