邓小平对外开放思想是建设有中国特色的社会主义理论的重要组成部分。在这一思想的指引下,我们已把对外开放定为长期的基本国策。十几年来,在全国人民的共同努力下,我国的对外开放已取得举世瞩目的成就。党的十四大又把进一步扩大对外开放列为今后的主要任务之一。为了保证实现这一重大决策,必须深入学习邓小平对外开放思想,更好地领会其精神实质,提高对外开放的自觉性。
Deng Xiaoping’s thinking on opening to the outside world is an important part of building a socialist theory with Chinese characteristics. Under the guidance of this ideology, we have made opening up to the outside world a long-term basic state policy. Over the past decade or so, with the joint efforts of the people throughout the country, China has made remarkable achievements in opening up to the outside world. The 14th National Party Congress has further listed opening up as one of its major tasks for the future. In order to ensure that this major policy decision is realized, we must thoroughly study Deng Xiaoping’s thinking on opening up to the outside world, better understand its spiritual essence and raise its awareness of opening to the outside world.
