宽敞整洁的柏油路、红红火火的沿街商业楼、一幢幢漂亮的社区安居楼、设施齐全的社区活动中心、优美的生活环境……让人们难以与10年前脏乱差的后王村联系起来。说起陵县安德街道办事处后王社区这美丽的嬗变,村里群众无不感谢他们的女支书——高明荣。10年前的后王村是“远近闻名”的穷村、乱村、上访村,村级班子软弱涣散,三年换了五个书记,村级工作开展不起来。2001年,城关信用社退休的高明荣回到婆家后王村创办了养殖场,成了村里的致富带头人,乡亲们眼中的“女强人”。2004年1月,为彻底扭转后王村的落后局面,陵县安德街道办事处党工委决定选高明荣为村里的带头人。
