目的 不同屈光度近视进行光学屈光性角膜切削术 (PRK) ,探讨术中角膜切削深度与角膜雾状浑浊 (haze)形成的关系。方法 2 2 0眼分为轻度和中度近视两组进行PRK治疗 ,术前及术后 1、3、6、12和 2 4月用A超测量角膜中心厚度 ,及观察角膜haze的情况。结果 中度近视组术中角膜切削深度较深 ,haze形成比率较高 ;两组角膜中心厚度术后 3月时最厚 ,以后逐渐平稳 ;haze均在 1级以下 ,且多见于术后 1、3月 ,3月时最重 ,以后逐渐减轻甚至消失。结论 在中低度近视的PRK治疗中 ,角膜切削深度与屈光度的高低成正比 ,haze形成与角膜切削深度呈正相关 ,且术后角膜中心厚度的变化与haze的变化呈现一定的相关性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between corneal cutting depth and corneal haze formation by optical refractive corneal incision (PRK) in different diopter myopia. Methods 220 eyes were divided into mild and moderate myopia two groups for PRK treatment, before surgery and 1, 3, 6, 12 and 24 months after the corneal center thickness was measured by A ultrasound, and corneal haze observation. Results In the moderate myopia group, corneal cutting depth was deeper and haze formation rate was higher. The corneal center thickness was the thickest at 3 months postoperatively and gradually stabilized afterwards. The haze was below grade 1, March, March when the heaviest, then gradually reduce or even disappear. Conclusions In PRK with mild to moderate myopia, corneal depth of cut is proportional to the level of refraction. There is a positive correlation between haze formation and corneal depth of cut. Postoperative corneal center thickness changes have some correlation with haze.
