化工工业是我国工业的重要组成部分,化工产业所提供的化工制品已经在我们日常的生活生产中得到广泛的应用,成为不可缺少的生活物质资料.在化工工艺的设计和生产中应严格按照化工工业的安全规章制度执行,以确保化工工艺的安全.化工企业在进行化工工艺设计时,应该了解和判断化工工艺设计中存在的安全隐患因素,并且要对化工工艺设计的整个流程进行严格的控制和管理,以避免较大的安全事故发生.本文通过在化工工艺安全设计中的环节进行了判断和分析,并对具体问题加以具体分析,提出了解决问题的应对措施.
