目的:以熟三七破壁粉粒及其常规饮片作为受试药物,探讨其对血虚模型小鼠的影响。方法:采用失血法制备小鼠血虚模型,通过检测小鼠外周血红细胞数、血红蛋白以及胸腺和脾脏指数,比较熟三七破壁粉粒与常规饮片对血虚小鼠的影响。结果:熟三七破壁粉粒及其常规饮片均能增加红细胞数、血红蛋白含量,且增加血虚小鼠的胸腺和脾脏指数。结论:熟三七破壁粉粒及其常规饮片具有一定的补血作用,可用于辅助治疗血虚证。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of cooked Panax notoginseng powder and its conventional decoction on the blood-deficiency model mice. Methods: The mouse model of blood deficiency was prepared by the method of blood loss. The peripheral blood red blood cell count, hemoglobin and thymus and spleen index were detected to compare the effect of the cooked Panax notoginseng powder and the conventional decoction on blood deficiency mice. Results: Sanjiu broken powder and its conventional Pieces can increase the number of red blood cells, hemoglobin, and increase blood thymus and spleen index mice. Conclusion: The cooked powder of Panax notoginseng and its conventional decoction have the function of blood enrichment, which can be used to assist in the treatment of blood deficiency syndrome.
