基于生产节拍规划的新型拉杆滑台电机选型

随着我国汽车制造业的不断发展,汽车生产自动化水平不断提高,作为汽车生产线的重要组成部分,滑台的演化和发展促进了整体生产率水平的提高。电机选型作为滑台设计的核心问题之一,对于滑台的性能和结构布局具有重要影响。针对滑台的电机选型问题,基于一定规则的生产节拍时间规划,应用虚拟样机技术对其进行理论分析,从而获得电机的驱动负载,并利用峰值扭矩与转速准则对电机进行优化的选型。
