现已认为T~2毒素是食物中毒性白细胞缺乏症(ATA)的病因。ATA以出血素质、骨髓抑制和易感染为特征。ATA的出血现象已归因于血管损害或血小板缺乏。本文报道了人血小板在体外与不同剂量T-2毒素培养所造成的功能与超微结构的改变。实验以健康实验者的血配成多血小板血浆(PRP),分别与5—500μgT-2毒素/10~9血小板一起于37℃培养20分钟,同时设立溶剂对照进行形态学试验。用透射电镜观察到血小板于
T ~ 2 toxin is now considered the etiology of food poisoning leukemia (ATA). ATA is characterized by hemorrhagic diathesis, myelosuppression and predisposition. This paper reports the functional and ultrastructural changes in human platelets incubated with different doses of T-2 toxin in vitro.
