本文描述了磨削圆锥滚子轴承内圈锥型挡边的砂轮理想型面,并对该理想型面进行简化,给出了合理选取砂轮修整器运动方向参数使简化误差为最小的目标函数以及约束条件。本文还分析了工件在电磁无心夹具上的定位偏心量e和定位偏心方向角γ对砂轮简化误差的影响规律。研究表明:采用定心夹县即e=0,或者设计和调整无心夹具的定位支承块|γ|=π/2,就可以在现有磨床上直接磨削出精确的锥型挡边。尤其是本文引进了砂轮中心高这一新的参数,对磨床的设计将起着重要作用。
In this paper, the ideal profile of the grinding wheel with tapered inner rib of the tapered roller bearing is described, and the ideal profile is simplified. The objective function to select the moving direction of the dresser with reasonable simplification error is given. Restrictions. In addition, the influence of positioning eccentricity e and positioning eccentricity direction γ on the simplified error of the grinding wheel is analyzed. The results show that the precise conical rib can be ground directly on the existing grinding machine by using centering point e = 0 or designing and adjusting the centering support block | γ | = π / 2. In particular, this article introduces a new high center of the wheel parameters, the design of the grinder will play an important role.
