对2A50铝合金液态模锻组织性能均匀化控制进行研究,采有简单加载和复合加载两种方式成形负重轮制件。结果表明:简单加载方式成形的制件,各部之间存在组织和性能的不均匀性,壁部的组织较底部粗大,力学性能也较低,制件的转角处存在缺陷。通过采用复合加载,制件壁部的组织和性能得到明显提高。随着补缩量的增加,制件各部之间的组织和性能趋于均匀化。补缩量为4mm时,转角处的缺陷逐渐消失;补缩量为10mm时,制件可以获得均匀细小的微观组织,晶粒大小为20-30μm,抗拉强度为355MPa,伸长率为10%。采用复合加载可以控制液态模锻制件的组织和性能。
2A50 aluminum alloy liquid forging homogenization control of the performance of research organizations, adopt a simple loading and composite loading two ways to shape the load wheel components. The results show that the parts with simple loading mode have the uneven microstructure and properties. The wall structure is thicker than the bottom, the mechanical properties are also low, and the corners of the workpiece have defects. Through the use of composite loading, parts of the wall structure and performance has been significantly improved. As the amount of shrinkage increases, the organization and properties of the parts of the part tend to be uniform. When the amount of shrinkage is 4mm, the defects at the corners gradually disappear. When the amount of shrinkage is 10mm, the microstructure of the parts can be uniformly and finely microstructured. The grain size is 20-30μm, the tensile strength is 355MPa and the elongation is 10 %. The use of composite loading can control the liquid forging parts of the organization and performance.
