阐述了辽宁东部山区水源涵养林经营现状,并对其存在问题进行了分析,提出了加强水源涵养林保护利用及建设的几点建议,如适地适树,以优良乡土树种为主,针阔混交和阔叶混交为主;调整树种、林种结构,改善林分质量;健全法律保障体系和监督机制;科技兴林,加快成果转化;建立多渠道投融次机制等。
The present situation of water conservation forest in eastern mountainous area in Liaoning Province is expatiated, and its existing problems are analyzed. Some proposals are put forward to strengthen the protection and utilization of water conservancy forest and its construction.
