81例产后精神病均于产后6周内发生,临床表现分为4个类型:精神分裂症44例,感染性精神病20例,躁郁性精神病15例以及周期性精神病2例。精神分裂症患者中32例呈单相经过,起病后即出现精神分裂症的基本症状;12例呈双相病程,即起病初期因感染影响表现意识混乱,类似感染性精神障碍,经抗菌素治疗后意识障碍渐消失,并出现精神分裂症的基本症状。本组近期疗效较好,痊愈59例,显著进步17例。随访资料完整的60例中,产后复发4例,非产褥期复发15例,未复发的41例。
