目的:利用近红外光谱技术快速鉴别铁棍山药和非铁棍山药。方法:采用二阶导数+矢量归一化法的光谱预处理方法,在(8 624.7~6 418.4)cm~(-1)和(5 693.2~4 242.9)cm~(-1)波长区间内提取信息,利用近红外光谱结合一致性检验对铁棍山药和非铁棍山药共115份样品进行鉴别研究。结果:以一致性指数CI=4为划分标准,光谱一致性指数在4以下的为铁棍山药,光谱一致性指数在4以上的为非铁棍山药。该方法能准确快速地鉴别铁棍山药。结论:近红外光谱分析技术是一种非常实用的新型分析测试技术,实验表明利用近红外光谱技术结合一致性检验鉴别铁棍山药的方法是可行的,为山药药材的鉴别以及中药的质量控制提供了一种快速可靠的检测方法。
OBJECTIVE: To rapidly identify iron bar yam and non-iron bar yam using near infrared spectroscopy. Methods: The spectra were pretreated by the second derivative + vector normalization method in the wavelength range of (8 624.7 ~ 6 418.4) cm -1 and (5 693.2 ~ 4 242.9) cm ~ (-1) Information, the use of near infrared spectroscopy combined with consistency test of yinyang yam and non-iron batches of yam 115 samples were identified. Results: According to the consistency index CI = 4, the standard consistency index of iron bar was below 4 and the non-iron barley yam with spectral consistency index above 4 was used. The method can accurately and quickly identify yam sticks. Conclusion: Near-infrared spectroscopy is a very practical and new analytical technique. Experiments show that it is feasible to use the near-infrared spectroscopy in combination with the consistency test to identify the yam sticks, and provide the identification of the yam medicinal materials and the quality control of the traditional Chinese medicine A fast and reliable detection method.
