运用ANSYS软件对设置半刚性底基层和设置不同厚度的级配碎石底基层的路面结构进行了数值分析,通过对路基不同位置产生不均匀沉降的模拟,计算分析了水泥混凝土路面结构的应力变化情况。分析结果表明,加厚的级配碎石底基层路面结构可有效地减小水泥混凝土路面板的荷载应力。在试验研究和理论分析的基础上,提出了柔性粒料底基层或垫层的合理厚度。
ANSYS software is used to analyze the pavement structure of the semi-rigid basement and the graded macadam base with different thicknesses. Through the simulation of the uneven subsidence of subgrade at different positions, the stress changes of the cement concrete pavement structure are calculated and analyzed. Happening. The analysis results show that the thick graded crushed stone base pavement structure can effectively reduce the load stress of cement concrete pavement slab.
