背景近年来,老年教师的相继退休,青年教师的大量引入,使得初级中学对于青年教师的培养、加快青年教师的专业成长呈现出急切的需求。然而,就初级中学来说,缺乏骨干教师,难以快速而有效地实现青年教师的专业成长,这是一个区域性的普遍矛盾。在这种背景下,长宁区新光中学、新古北中学、天山二中等十所初级中学以共同体的组织形式,以培养校级青年骨干教师为抓手,探索初级中学培养青年教师的新路径,以期达成资源共享、优势互补、共同促进的效应,从而确立了《校际联动校本培养初级中学青年骨干教师的实践与研究》的研究课题。该研究项目于2001年6月被定为长宁区教育科研重点课题,2001年9月被确立为上海市市级课题。
Background In recent years, the retirement of older teachers and the large number of young teachers have led to an urgent need for junior middle schools to train young teachers and accelerate the professional growth of young teachers. However, as far as junior middle schools are concerned, it is difficult to quickly and effectively achieve the professional growth of young teachers because of the lack of backbone teachers. This is a common regional contradiction. Against this backdrop, the Changchun Xinguang Middle School, the New Gubei Middle School, and the 10 secondary middle schools of Tianshan No. 2 Middle School take the training of school-level young key teachers as the starting point of the community to explore a new path for cultivating young teachers in junior middle schools. To achieve the effect of sharing resources, complementing each other’s advantages, and jointly promoting the establishment of the research topic of the “School-Linked School-based Training and Practice of Junior Middle School Young Key Teachers”. The research project was designated as a key research topic for education and research in Changning District in June 2001. In September 2001, it was established as a city-level project in Shanghai.
