目的:对三拗汤加味治疗呼吸性疾病效应物质部位进行分离提取研究。方法:将三拗汤加味(原药材总计19.08kg)进行水煎煮并挥发油提取,得到挥发油部分和水提液部分。将水提液浓缩后醇沉,醇溶液回收溶剂至无醇后,依次用环己烷(4次)、乙酸乙酯(3次)、正丁醇(7次)萃取,最后共得到8个部分样品。结果:得到三拗汤加味各部分含量。结论:本研究为三拗汤加味效应物质部位的进一步成分分析和分离,系统效应评价等奠定了基础。
Objective: To study the effect of San’ao Decoction on the treatment of respiratory diseases. Methods: San’ao Decoction (original medicinal materials totaling 19.08kg) were decocted and the volatile oil was extracted to obtain the volatile oil part and the water extract part. After the aqueous extract was concentrated, the alcohol was precipitated. The solvent was recovered from the alcoholic solution until no alcohol was obtained and then extracted successively with cyclohexane (4 times), ethyl acetate (3 times) and n-butanol (7 times) Some samples. Results: San’Ao Tang flavored parts content. Conclusion: This study lays the foundation for the further component analysis and separation of flavored effect substances of San’ao Decoction and evaluation of systemic effects.
