针对电力系统配电网中,当带负荷母线进行由分列运行方式转换至并列运行方式的倒闸操作时,会产生较大暂态冲击电流,严重威胁电网安全运行的这一问题,设计出一种基于FACTS(柔性交流输电)技术的新型电力系统柔性倒闸装置,通过分析其工作原理,提出电力系统柔性倒闸装置的拓扑结构、建立其数学模型,并运用交叉解耦控制策略和锁相环控制,通过仿真和模拟现场环境样机试验,最终验证了该装置可安全、可靠地实现无环流倒闸操作。
In the distribution system of power system, when the busbar with load is switched to the parallel operation mode, the transient surge current will be generated, posing a serious threat to the safe operation of power grid. Based on FACTS (Flexible AC Transmission) technology, a new type of flexible switch-off device of power system is proposed. By analyzing its working principle, the topology of the flexible switchgear in power system is proposed, its mathematical model is established, and the cross-decoupling control strategy and lock Phase-loop control, through the simulation and simulation of field environment prototype test, finally verified that the device can be safely and reliably achieve loop-free switching operation.
