A new coating technique for successfully forming a TaCHO push layer on glass hollow microspheres has been studied by a combination of plasma polymerization and physical vapor deposition.The tantalum (Ta) incorporation rate can be varied up to 25%; the incorporation of tantalum The concentration uniformity is better than 97%; it is also possible with the same technique to obtain plastic coatings containing high atomic number (Z) species such as lead or gold atoms.
