1.设立科学的企业战略,建立配套的绩效评价机制。(1)企业应建立适合自身发展的战略;(2)要有一套与之相配套的绩效评价机制。“平衡记分卡”不但为建立这种绩效评价体系提供了良好的框架,而且也为设立科学的战略目标提供了很好的思路。企业战略目标的设定和绩效评价体系的建立应充分考虑和权衡以下四个方面:财务、顾客、流程、学习/成长。根据
