在新的信息环境下,以微信为代表的新媒体技术的出现与应用对档案馆的信息服务方式产生了广泛的影响。文章基于对国内31家省级公共档案馆和图书馆利用微信平台开展信息服务的现状进行对比分析,发现我国档案馆新媒体信息服务方面存在的档案馆与新媒体平台结合度不高、信息交互功能缺失严重、新媒体服务功能利用待完善、新媒体推广力度相对薄弱等问题,提出档案馆新媒体信息服务策略,包括创新服务理念、强化互动功能设置、充分利用新媒体的新功能、做好推广工作。
Under the new information environment, the appearance and application of new media technologies represented by WeChat have had a wide influence on the information service mode of archives.
