本文研究了锑磷青铜(Cu,P,Sb)铸态的组织结构及形成过程。通过电子显微镜、超级电子探针,扫描电子显微镜、显微硬度计以及x光衍射仪,测定了室温时的相成分与结构,除了(Cu-Sb)合金外,发现其它合金的结构均由三个相组成,即α、δ;Cu_3P。这种混合体的结构是由二元共晶向三元共晶转变来的,二元共晶转变及三元共晶转变均具有离异共晶特征。在二元共晶状态中只见到一个相(δ或Cu_3P),而在三元共晶状态中见到两个相(δ和Cu_3P)。
In this paper, we study the as-cast microstructure and formation process of antimony phosphor bronze (Cu, P, Sb). The phase composition and structure at room temperature were measured by electron microscope, super electron probe, scanning electron microscope, microhardness tester and x-ray diffractometer. The structures of other alloys were found to be composed of three A phase composition, that is, α, δ; Cu_3P. The structure of this mixture is from binary eutectic to ternary eutectic transformation, binary eutectic transformation and ternary eutectic transformation with the characteristics of divorced eutectic. Only one phase (δ or Cu_3P) is seen in the binary eutectic state and two phases (δ and Cu_3P) are seen in the ternary eutectic state.
