教育家夸美纽斯在他的《大教学论》中曾这样表述其教育思想:“找出一种教育方法,使教师因此可以少教,但是学生可以多学;使学校因此可以少些喧嚣、厌恶和无益的劳苦,独具闲暇、快乐及坚实的进步。”为了探求好的教育、好的教学、好的课堂,教育改革的步伐这些年来一直没有停止过。我校实施“先学后教,异质合作,启想议知”课堂教学改革模式已有两年多的时间,身在教学一线的我们,除了不断地学习教育教学理论,更新教育理念外,还在平时的教学实践中不断地摸索教学策略,总结教学经验,来完善这套课改模式,以便有效地实施高效课堂。
