针对在矿山斜巷运输过程中,胶轮车失速拦截时阻拦索对车辆的冲击而危害到驾驶人员安全的问题,结合胶轮车安全防护系统为研究对象,分析阻拦系统各机构的力学规律。采用数值模拟软件模拟阻拦索在不同受力状态下,失速车辆的加速度和位移变化曲线。根据结果分析阻拦索在不同受力状态下的阻拦效果,与试验结果比较,验证模型合理性并探究阻拦机构阻拦力最优的加载方式,为阻拦机构的优化设计提供一定的理论依据。
Aiming at the problem of safety of driver while blocking the impact of cable on the vehicle in the process of mine inclined lane transportation, the rubber tire vehicle blocked the safety of the driver. With the rubber tire vehicle safety protection system as the research object, the mechanics laws of all the systems of the blocking system were analyzed. Numerical simulation software was used to simulate the acceleration and displacement curves of stalling vehicles under different stress states. According to the results, the blocking effect of blocking cables under different stress states is analyzed. Compared with the test results, the rationality of the model is verified and the loading method with the best blocking force is explored. This provides a theoretical basis for the optimal design of the blocking mechanism.
