关于“闲话(gossip)”,各地说法不同——有称之为“侃大山”的,有叫“摆龙门阵”的,还有的地方美其名日“喷大江东”。闲话其实并不“闲”,因为自人类开始,闲话就不曾停止过。从某种程度上说,人类的生存或许依赖于长期口口相传的闲话。你知道的闲话越多,你就越有可能赢得更多的听众,你在社会中就越容易做到游刃有余。阿Q进了一趟城,带了许多的闲话回到老家——未庄,并赢得了很多的听众。于是,阿Q在未庄的人气排行榜上的位置扶摇直上。“阿Q这时在未庄人眼睛里的地位,虽不敢说超过赵太爷,但谓之差不多,大约也就没有什么语病的了。”
