近几年,随着国家西部大开发战略的全面实施,“三北”防护林四期工程、退耕还林工程等重点林业工程的全面启动,霍城县的非公有制林业在速度、规模和水平上得到了跨越式发展,初步形成了以政策为导向、重点林业工程为动力、民间社会资本积极参与、农户承包造林的新格局。目前,全县非公有制林面积达1万公顷,其中2002-2003年就完成造林6533公顷。非公有制林业成为霍城林业发展史上的一大亮点。
In recent years, with the full implementation of the national strategy for the great development of the western region and the major start-up of key forestry projects such as the “Three Norths” shelterbelt project and the conversion of farmland to forest projects, the non-public ownership forestry in Huocheng County has enjoyed rapid development in scale, scale and Leap-forward development has been achieved on a level basis.
