目的探讨葛根素注射液联合依那普利治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭临床疗效。方法选择本院2006年9月至2008年9月住院的有症状的冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者67例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,加用葛根素注射液和依那普利。观察两组心功能改善情况。结果治疗组显效率及总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗后的心功能指标均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后与对照组比较心功能指标亦有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在标准抗心力衰竭治疗的基础上应用葛根素注射液及依那普利可以明显提高慢性心力衰竭患者的左心功能,其疗效明显优于常规治疗。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of puerarin injection combined with enalapril in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease. Methods Sixty-seven patients with symptomatic CHD who were hospitalized from September 2006 to September 2008 in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, while those in control group were given routine treatment.
