随着公路建设的高速发展,施工领域已经不再局限于常规化的地面施工,逐渐扩展到高空、地下、海洋等一些难于作业的地域和超高的建筑物、超深的地基工程、大跨度的桥梁构筑、复杂的隧道等工程,公路施工越来越离不开工程机械,尤其是高精度、高效率和智能化的工程机械。拥有工程机械数量的多少、性能的优劣,成为衡量公路施工企业技术、经济实力的重要标志。近年来,公路施工企业工程机械管理水平却落后于现代施工的要求,影响了工程质量、工程进度和企业的经济效益,已经成为公路施工企业亟待解决的问题。现对公路大发展时期工程机械设备管理中存在的问题加以剖析,并提出了具体的管理措施和办法。
