目的研讨超声对肾结石和肾钙乳症的鉴别和诊断。方法随机抽取2012年2月至2013年2月的肾结石患者84例,肾钙乳症患者26例,分析肾结石和肾钙乳症的声像图资料。结果 84例肾结石患者均表现出肾盂肾盏内强光团或强光点后方伴或不伴声影,有大有小,含有多发性,常伴有肾盂或肾盏区积水;26例肾钙乳症患者均表现出肾盏周边或肾实质内强回声,淡声影或振铃样回声出现在后方,通常肾盂肾盏积水不伴随其中。结论超声可鉴别肾结石和肾钙乳症,且临床价值显著。
Objective To study the differential diagnosis and diagnosis of renal calculi and renal calcium milk by ultrasound. Methods Eighty-four patients with kidney stones and 26 patients with renal calcium were randomly selected from February 2012 to February 2013, and the sonography data of kidney stones and renal calcium milk were analyzed. Results 84 cases of renal stones showed pyelonephritis within the bright light group or strong point with or without shadow behind, with large and small, containing multiple, often accompanied by pelvis or calyceal area of water; 26 cases Patients with renal calcium milk showed strong peripheral eyelid or renal parenchyma echo, light sound or ring-like echo appeared in the back, usually pyelonephrosis is not accompanied by hydrocephalus. Conclusion Ultrasound can identify kidney stones and renal calcium milk, and the clinical value is significant.
