国家环保总局发布绿色证券政策2月25日,国家环保总局正式发布《关于加强上市公司环保监管工作的指导意见》。这一绿色证券的指导意见将以上市公司环保核查制度和环境信息披露制度为核心,遏制“双高”行业过度扩张,防范资本风险,并促进上市公司持续改进环境表现。绿色证券是继绿色信贷、绿色保险之后的第三项环境经济政策。《意见》要求对从事火电、钢铁、水泥、电解铝行业以及跨省经营的“双高”行业(13类重污染行业)的公司申请首发上市或再融资的,必须根据环保总局的规定进行环保核查。按照中国证监会《关于重污染行业生
State Environmental Protection Administration released green securities policy February 25, the State Environmental Protection Administration officially released “on strengthening listed companies environmental supervision guidance.” The guidance of this green security system will center on the verification system for environmental protection of listed companies and the environment information disclosure system to curb excessive expansion of the “double high” industry, prevent capital risk and promote the continuous improvement of environmental performance of listed companies. Green Securities is the third environmental economic policy following green credit and green insurance.
