发展DOWS技术的目的是通过将水与油在井下分离并回注 ,从而降低地面的产出水量 ,减少产出水的举升和处理费用。早期的两种基本类型的DOWS在现场试验中取得了成功 ,但仍存在着很多问题。WoodGroopESP公司开发出一种双级水力旋流器DOWS系统 ,目前尚未推广应用 ;C -FER工艺公司开发并试验出新一代的与气举系统配套使用的水力旋流分离器型DOWS装置 ;三个欧洲公司共同合作研制出新型H -SEP重力分离器型DOWS ,可应用于大位移井的水平段中。
The purpose of developing DOWS technology is to reduce the amount of water produced on the ground and to reduce the cost of lifting and treating produced water by separating and re-injecting water and oil downhole. The early two basic types of DOWS were successful in field trials, but there were still many problems. WoodGroopESP has developed a two-stage hydrocyclone DOWS system that has not yet been commercialized; C-Fermex has developed and tested a new generation of hydrocyclone-type DOWS units for use with gas lift systems; three European companies work together to develop a new type of H -SEP gravity separator DOWS can be applied to the horizontal displacement of the well.
