回顾2002年的IT业界,代表全球IT产业走势的美国纳斯达克市场一派低迷,公司裁员、股票下跌,一个个泡沫开始散去,IT产业发展趋缓。这不是IT业本身发展的问题,而是产业自我调整的真实表现,更是IT业发展的必然趋势。但就在这一片低迷中,培训市场却一枝独秀,牛市不减。根据赛迪顾问调查结果显示,2002年度中国IT业培训市场经营总额为25.3亿元,与2001年度相比,增长幅度达18％。为IT业的寒冬抹上一缕浓重的绿色,率先走进生机昂然的春天。

However, in this downturn, the training market is thriving, and the bull market continues unabated. According to CCID Consulting’s survey results, the total IT business training market in China in 2002 was 2.53 billion yuan, an increase of 18% compared to 2001. For the cold winter of the IT industry, it cast a strong green and took the lead into a vibrant spring.
