目的探讨战斗机飞行员长时、短时和直立倾斜试验(uTT)前后心率、血压的变化规律及相关性,为高性能战斗机飞行员体格选拔提供依据。方法对30名男性战斗机飞行员进行uTT前(静态)和uTT后短时心率、血压测定和24h动态血压、心率监测,分析对比了三种不同状态下心率与血压之间的相关性及变化规律。结果①心率在uTT前后存在明显变化,且心率差值(ΔHR)与收缩压、平均动脉压(MAP)差值(ΔSBP、ΔMAP)之间存在明显相关性;②24h血压、心率存在明显的昼夜节律变化,峰值在13:00~18:00时间段,低谷在1:00~6:00时间段;③除舒张压(DP)和1:00~6:00时间段外,心率与余各时间段同时测到的血压值之间存在明显的正相关性。结论研究不同时间段、不同体位状态下心率、血压的变化规律及其相关性,可为高性能战斗机飞行员的心血管功能选拔提供重要的生理依据。战斗机飞行员心率与血压的相互关系之间存在明显的规律性,心率是与收缩压相关的重要因素,这种相关性在醒觉状态和(或)机体活动状态尤为明显
Objective To investigate the changes and correlations of heart rate and blood pressure before and after long-term, short-time and upright tilt test (uTT) for fighter pilots, and provide the basis for body selection of high-performance fighter pilots. Methods Thirty male fighter pilots were used to monitor the short-term heart rate, blood pressure and 24h ambulatory blood pressure and heart rate after uTT (static) and uTT. The correlations and changes of heart rate and blood pressure in three different states were analyzed. Results ① There was a significant change in heart rate before and after uTT, and there was a significant correlation between heart rate difference (ΔHR) and systolic pressure and MAP (ΔSBP, ΔMAP). ② There was a significant circadian rhythm Change, the peak at 13: 00 ~ 18: 00 time period, the trough in the 1: 00 ~ 6: 00 time period; ③ except for diastolic blood pressure (DP) and 1: 00 ~ 6: 00 time period, There was a clear positive correlation between the blood pressure values measured at the same time. Conclusions The study on the changes of heart rate and blood pressure at different time points and in different postural states may provide important physiological evidences for the selection of cardiovascular function in pilots of high performance fighter pilots. There is a clear regularity between heart rate and blood pressure in fighter pilots. Heart rate is an important factor related to systolic blood pressure.
