在教学中,学生之间是存在差异的。而传统的教学却是采取统一的形式,长此以往,学生之间的差距会被逐渐放大。介绍一种新型的教学模式:分层教学,它根据学生的知识水平,将学生分为几个群体,对每个群体的学生进行单独教学。然而在具体应用的过程中,要考虑两种不同教学模式对学生产生的影响,教师需要制定具体的教学模式。从初中语文的教学案例进行分析,探讨如何应用分层教学。
There is a difference between students in teaching. The traditional teaching is to take a unified form, the long run, the gap between students will be gradually enlarged. This paper introduces a new teaching mode: Hierarchical teaching, which divides students into several groups based on the students’ knowledge level and conducts individual teaching for each group of students. However, in the process of concrete application, we should consider the impact of two different teaching modes on students, and teachers need to formulate specific teaching modes. Analyze the teaching cases of junior high school language and discuss how to apply the teaching in different levels.
