机械工业部光学仪器情报网第五次会议于一九八三年十一月廿四日至廿七日在重庆市召开。参加会议的有来自全国各地的光学工厂、研究所、高等院校及有关领导部门共97名代表。仪器仪表工业局情报室的代表在会上介绍了仪器仪表行业的生产形势,传达了近期科技情报工作的方针、任务,並对年度计划执行情况等作了说明;上海光学仪器研究所传达了部、局情报会议的主要精神;网的领导小组对建网以来的工作进行了总结。通过学习文件和讨论,代表们明确了情报网的性质和任务,总结了经验教训,统一了思想,提高了认识。大
The 5th meeting of the Optical Instrument Intelligence Network of the Ministry of Machinery Industry was held in Chongqing from November 24th to August 27th, 1983. A total of 97 representatives from optical factories, research institutes, colleges and universities and related leadership departments from all over the country participated in the conference. Representatives from the Intelligence Bureau of the Instrument and Meter Industry Bureau introduced the production situation of the instrumentation industry at the meeting, conveyed the guidelines and tasks of the recent scientific and technological intelligence work, and explained the implementation of the annual plan; Shanghai Optical Instrument Research Institute conveyed the report.
